The project involved the design and construction of a modern semen production center for livestock breeding on a 100 Acre piece of land at Kitale, Trans Nzoia County. Its consists of seven Paddocks each 31.5Meters wide by 48 meters long by 7.6 meters high, staff quarters, Gate house, Office Block and Main Lab, Quarantine Area, Silos and a Bull collection area. The project also involved a lot of infrastructure including a main road, septic tanks, Bulls walk ways, a quarantine fence around the whole 100 acres.
